Loose Parts Play
We visit events with a rather large pile of open-ended and clean JUNK, and then facilitate open ended play sessions for kids and whānau creativity to run wild! Ideally we like to play under trees, but we also can bring large grass circles with us to make the play space inviting and safe. With experienced play coaches who delight in watching play unfold, we expertly create the conditions for joy, wonder and creativity to thrive.
Requirements: Summer – Outdoors on grass and under trees. Winter – courts, turfs, or concrete areas.
Recommended Audience: ages 2-15yrs

Mega Marble Runs
Have you ever wanted to build the world’s longest marble run? We bring a treasure trove of junk – guttering, pipes, tubes, and golf balls – all repurposed from local recycling centres. Whānau are invited to get hands-on and co-create epic, large-scale EPIC marble runs.
Requirements: Summer – Outdoors on grass and under trees. Winter – courts, turfs, or concrete areas.
Recommended Audience: ages 2- adults

Hill Top Hi-Jinks
If you’ve got a hill, we’re ready to activate some playful hi-jinks on it. We bring a wild collection of junk, all rescued from recycling centres, for kids to turn into epic sliding machines. Think boogie boards, snowboards, suitcases, frying pans – if it slides, it rides! Perfect for tamariki who crave movement, creativity, and just a little bit of risk.

Go-Kart Creations
Ever tried building a go-kart from stuff lying around the house? We’ve seen creations made from wheelie bins, suitcases, and office chairs. We’ll bring the junk – wheels, wheelie bins, random bits and pieces rescued from landfill – and you bring the mad scientist ready to test out their need for speed. Will it be fast, stylish, or just completely ridiculous? Pop on a helmet, and test it out.
Requirements: Outdoors on courts, or concrete area.
Recommended Audience: ages 5-18yrs
